For a sheer, brightening effect on the skin, apply Pure Light Illuminating Powder to the cheekbones, sweeping backwards towards the ear. We recommend applying Pure Light to the face with the delilah Blusher Bronzer Brush. For a more highlighted or strobed effect, apply to the high points of the face, cheekbones, temples, bridge of the nose and tip of the chin.
